3D Setting up
This is the virtual setting up of the Training Center with all the equipment for the first three years. We can see different existing materials like CNC Machines on the first floor with a new one for the first year: the Desktop Mill. Then, on the second floor, we have workbenches, FIFO racks, and a small robot. For the second year, we will add an Active Assist workstation and a Collaborative Robot for the third year.
Desktop Mill
The Desktop Mill is a Haas desktop milling machine used for trainings in schools and universities. It requires the adjustment of programming principles via CAD and CAM software as well as the various possible operations of a CNC milling machine. Racks
These racks come from FIFO system which is a First in, First out system. This system is very beneficial in many industries and allows products not to expire. This method saves time and reduces journeys for freight transport by more than 70%.
Workbench
The Treston workbench is an ergonomic workstation to meet the needs of industrial working environments. It is ideally suited for packaging environments and for assembly, control and quality assurance functions in industry. Workbench
The Workbench department manages the equipment as the Desktop Mill, the ergonomy of the workbenches, and the 5S methodology.
Robotics
The robotics department works on the notion of robotic production steps. Manipulations and programming of a 6-axis robot as well as trainings of the different types of robots in the industrial context are present.
Stocks
The stocks department manages all the documents for reconfiguration of the training center production line, the management of various flows and all the components in the stock, its follow-up, and monitors the maintenance of the machines.
